Overview

Co-chairs Robbie McClung (McClung & Franklin) and Anthony Odiorne (Regional Public Defender for Capital Cases) bring you this non-capital program. It will be helpful to capital and non-capital defense attorneys alike. It will focus on the science related to defending child sexual assault and injury cases, dealing with government witnesses, and more.
This course is funded by a grant from the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.
