Overview

Presented by Young ITA and  CIArb YMG

Join us for an evening of discussion and debate, followed by networking drinks and hors d’oeuvres. The evening is aimed at young practitioners but all are welcome to attend. We hope that you will be able to join us for what we are sure will be a very lively and enjoyable evening.

The program will be a 2018 Year-in-Review, marking the hot topics that emerged in the course of 2018. Topics to be discussed include new uses of technology and artificial intelligence, Achmea and its possible effects and transparency in arbitrator selection and appointment, as well as publication of awards.

#YoungITATalks is a series of local events presented around the world, featuring talks, workshops or interviews that cover a wide range of subjects relating to arbitration. The #YoungITATalks series is designed for education, conversation and sharing knowledge and experiences among young practitioners.

CIArb’s Young Members Group (YMG) brings together dispute resolution practitioners below the age of 40, and students interested in building their careers in this fast-growing and dynamic field. Members of the YMG are offered a variety of exclusive events, such as seminars, an annual conference, training days and workshops delivered by distinguished practitioners, as well as competitions and opportunities to have their work promoted online.

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, this event is tuition-free and includes networking drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Please register in advance to help us get an accurate headcount.
