This panel will take a look at various countries in the region and their experience with the recognition and enforcement of awards. In particular, it will discuss the legal framework that regulates the recognition and enforcement of awards, as well as specific examples and recommendations.

This panel will analyze the annulment of awards in different countries in the region. It will discuss the likelihood of an annulment based on current trends, the various legal frameworks that regulate annulments, and specific cases that illustrate the different approaches taken by the local courts.
