The YoungITATalks will discuss some issues faced by the Arbitral Tribunal during the arbitration proceeding, including its role in the evidences to be submitted by the parties, the guidance of the proceeding and the exchange of ideas with attorneys related to the core questions of the proceedings in order to comply with the due process and to avoid any surprising decision to the parties.

#YoungITATalks is a series of local events presented around the world, featuring talks, workshops or interviews that cover a wide range of subjects relating to arbitration.
