The Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA), the Asociación Latinoamericana de Arbitraje (ALARB) and the Comitê Brasileiro de Arbitragem (CBAr) are pleased to introduce the 2017 Moderators and Contributors of ITAFOR, the premier online forum for the arbitration community in Latin America.

ITAFOR is a primarily Spanish-Portuguese language listserv designed to facilitate information sharing and discussion on arbitration and ADR topics pertinent to Latin America.  Over 500 leading arbitration practitioners subscribe to ITAFOR.  Subscriptions are free and open to all who wish to know or discuss the current developments, evolving issues and key practitioners in this growing field of Latin American practice.
