you must use a credit card. For any other form of registration/payment,
print out and forward the registration form.

To register for one of the above CLE please select the program,
select your registration option, print and then fill out the
registration form. Next, send it, along with your check, money
order or credit card information to the address on the form.
We accept Visa, Master card, American Express and Discover.
Credit card registrations may also be faxed to 972.244.3401.
Confirmation letters will be mailed to each registrant.
