Successful death penalty voir dire is one of the most important skills for lawyers to master. Doing it well can win cases and saves lives. Participants will work with faculty to learn the Colorado Method of capital voir dire and to practice trial skills in breakout sessions. Participation is limited to 48 death penalty defense lawyers.
