The Mind and Criminal Defense 

This program will deal with recent developments in Texas law and scientific research.  Presenters will discuss the impact of the conditions and experiences in a client’s life that influence the mind and behavior.  These topics will provide defense counsel with information relevant to the culpability and sentencing phases in capital and non-capital cases.

At this time, only Judges and licensed Texas criminal defense attorneys who regularly represent indigent defendants in criminal matters can register.  Other criminal defense attorneys and those who assist lawyers in criminal defense litigation, please continue to check this website for updated registration information and cost.
