MCLE Credit 12.25 hours

This intensive two-day program led by National Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers President Barbara Bergman and Michael Burt of San Francisco includes an emphasis on capital cases but should be useful for all criminal defense lawyers. The course includes a focus on the importance of an aggressive motions practice, recent developments in capital and non-capital motions, rules of evidence, and effective use of expert witnesses.
