Presented annually in Houston, Texas, and designed for lawyers and negotiators in their first few years with the oil and gas industry, this course is limited to 90 participants and is regularly sold out well in advance.

Part 2 of the course covers the midstream industry. Part 1 takes place the preceding week, and covers the upstream industry.

Credits

CLE Credit

These courses are typically accredited by all mandatory CLE states, Canadian provinces, the AAPL, NADOA and NALTA, and other professional organizations. Attorneys from certain states may be required to pay an additional fee. Each course consists of approximately 32.5 hours of continuing education, including up to 2 hours of ethics for each course. You must let us know at least 30 days in advance of the conference the states or organizations for which you will need credit (see registration form). RMMLF is a State Bar of California MCLE-approved provider.

CPE Credit

Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be addressed to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org. There are no prerequisites and no advance preparation is required to attend this course. The delivery method is Group–Live, and up to 39 CPE credits are available, including 2 ethics credits. The program level is “overview.”

Refunds, less a $50 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by 3:00pm on Monday, August 18, 2014. No refunds will be given thereafter, although substitution of attendees may be made by contacting RMMLF. Cancellations must be made by email to info@rmmlf.org. Registrants not entitled to a refund will receive a copy of the written materials.
