Overview

Presented by the IEL Young Energy Professionals Practice Committee

Appalachian-area in-house counsel will speak to some of the common issues they face addressing a concern of every company: procurement. Specific substantive legal topics to be discussed include indemnities, insurance, and form contracts. Additionally, the panel will share ethical, professionalism and other general advice for young lawyers, as well as tips and tricks for both outside counsel and in-house lawyers to stand out to more senior lawyers. At the conclusion of the panel the speakers will join the attendees for dinner and continued conversation.
