As part of a review of ILEA course offerings for the upcoming calendar year, the staff at ILEA debated a potential name change for the Management College - the Institute’s eight-week long flagship program.
The name change was also discussed with Management College graduates at the Leadership Symposium in May and it was decided that the program will now be known as the School of Executive Leadership.
The name change reflects the sense that the ethical leadership principles have routinely been the cornerstone of the educational programs taught by ILEA. The brochure announcing the scheduling for the 50th School of Executive Leadership will be mailed to your agency within the next 30 days, so please watch for this great leadership education opportunity. As always, ILEA is doing its part to help build the next generation of police leaders.
