The McGuireWoods Houston litigation team discusses how companies can develop and safeguard their trade secrets, from invention to injunction. Based on years of litigating trade secret disputes and counseling clients on implementing proper policies in transactions, this panel discusses how companies can take measures to defend their trade secrets before, during, and after litigation. The team also discusses practice tips and war stories, accumulated over 35 years of combined practice, and will provide helpful tips for companies and practitioners to protect trade secrets in the litigation and transactional trenches.
