Registrants for conferences like to receive a registration roster with contact information for the other registrants. Your information will be included unless you indicate otherwise below.
Tuition, less a $50 cancellation fee will be refunded upon receipt of written cancellation received by June 3, 2020. E-mail cancellation notice to email@example.com. After this date, no refunds, but substitution of attendees for this program will be permitted. Registrants not entitled to a refund will receive the course materials.
