This course has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 1 credit hour, of which no credit hours will apply to ethics/professional responsibility credit. Approval will be requested for California, Louisiana, Ohio, Oklahoma, and New Mexico if requested by an attendee. MCLE credit will not be requested in any other jurisdiction. Although attendees may be able to directly request MCLE credit in another jurisdiction, the rules vary in each jurisdiction and credit may not be approved.
