This course has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 1 credit hour, of which no credit hours will apply to ethics/professional responsibility credit. Approval will be requested for California, Louisiana, Ohio, Oklahoma, and New Mexico if requested by an attendee. MCLE credit will not be requested in any other jurisdiction.
