It gives managers a framework and practical tools to engage, motivate and retain employees by addressing primary causes of job misery. - Social Media Management
Social media use is exploding. Learn proper etiquette that can protect you from devastating consequences. Put ethics first and learn to do the right thing when you use social media. - Public Speaking
This course of instruction will provide opportunities for the development and enhancement of public speaking skills. It will also familiarize participants with a variety of instructional media, and the means for crafting and outlining an effective presentation. Learning in this area is intended to be highly interactive, with feedback from both instructor and classmates comprising a significant element in the growth process. - Contemporary Issues in Civilian Leadership
