Overview

The Institute for Transnational Arbitration is excited to present another program in our new series - The ITA Arbitral Institutions Series! Save the date for April 11, 2024, for an insightful discussion of Rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).

This series is designed to raise the awareness of “arbitration” users as to the right choice of Arbitration Rules, and to reinforce cooperation between the arbitral institutions. These webinars will present, one by one, institutions such as LCIA, ICC, SCC, ICSID, ICDR, HIAC and many others. Our goal is to reach beyond the ordinary and bland description of the main features and give the audience a practical tool facilitating the choice of the set of rules appropriate for each individual case.

The webinars are free for ITA Advisory Board and Correspondent members.

Mark your calendars and make your plans now to join us!

Webinar begins at 8:00 am Houston/ 9:00 am New York
Duration: 1 hour
