Participate in the 2015 ITA Arbitral Award Enforcement Survey

In connection with the upcoming 2015 ITA Workshop in Dallas on June 17-19, ITA is conducting a new survey on the experiences of arbitration practitioners with enforceability of arbitral awards. We invite your participation.

Last year we launched the 2014 ITA Survey on the Enforcement of Arbitral Awards, and presented our results in Dallas in June 2014.  While there were many critical and thought-provoking findings from that trial run, we have updated that survey to make the data captured this year even more useful for practitioners.

Our hope is to maximize the value of the survey by obtaining responses from a broad range of practitioners within the international arbitration community.  As a member of the international arbitration community, you are ideally placed to assist in this effort.  In order to help, we ask both:

1) that you respond to the survey, which, depending on the breadth of your personal experience, should take only a few minutes, and
2) that you circulate the survey within your firm or organization and to your external contacts who may have interest and experience in this illuminating topic.

Your participation, and the participation of others in your organization and others you know, is essential to make the results of this survey substantive and insightful.  The identity of all survey responders will be kept confidential and responses will not be attributed in the published results.  If you have specific questions about the survey or about inviting others to participate, please contact ITA Director David Winn (dwinn@cailaw.org).

Please click here to open the survey into your browser.  Please use this link to complete the survey yourself.

To invite your colleagues to complete the survey, you may send them this .pdf invitation, with a brief cover message of your own.

We will very much appreciate receiving all completed survey responses by no later than June 1.  The results will be presented during the ITA Forum on June 19 in Dallas and published thereafter.

Thank you in advance for your participation in this important survey and for your help disseminating this survey as widely as possible.
