Registration is now open for the 27th Annual ITA Workshop: Subconscious Influences in International Arbitration in Dallas, June 17-19. Led by co-chairs José Astigarraga (Astigarraga Davis, Miami), Professor Margaret L. Moses (Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Chicago) and

Luke A. Sobota (Three Crowns LLP, Washington, D.C.), with mock scenes, expert panels and a keynote by Professor Jeff Rachlinski (Cornell Law), the program will dissect the arbitral process to identify subconscious factors affecting perception and decision-making, the effect that different legal cultures have on the process and the impact of these influences upon the overall strategy of the case. Our featured luncheon speaker will be Donald Francis Donovan (Debevoise & Plimpton).
