Registration is now open for the 14TH Annual ITA-ASIL Conference: Third-Party Funding in International Arbitration: Legal and Ethical Considerations that will be held in Washington, D.C. on April 12, 2017. Led by the Stavros L. Brekoulakis (Queen Mary University of London - Centre for Commercial Law Studies, London) and Ruth Teitelbaum (Tenor Capital Management Company, L.P., New York), the conference will be preceded by a keynote address by Prof. William (Rusty) W. Park (Boston University School of Law, Boston; Co-Chair of the ICCA-Queen Mary Task Force on Third Party Funding) and followed by a networking luncheon for all speakers and participants.
