9:10 – 10:40 a.m. (Central) - The Leadership Mindset

People describe leadership in differing ways, yet most can agree on some universal themes when they have experienced a great leader. What makes a leader great? How did they become great? How hard is it to maintain and then evolve into even better leadership? Join PJ Dunn CCP as he clarifies leadership as a definition, a role, a mindset and as an inspiring presence. Great leaders inspire growth in others thus leaving motivation to the people who control it, the individual team member. You know when you have been around a great leader. They are extremely hard to forget.
