Overview

On April 9, the European Court of Human Rights issued its judgment in Klimaseniorinnen v Switzerland. The judgment found that Switzerland violated Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights (respect for family and private life) as well as its Article 6 (access to courts). The judgment was subject to a notable dissent. This webinar will explore the link between human rights and energy law and regulation in Europe and will attempt to draw some first conclusions about the potential impact of the decision in Europe and beyond.

Registration is complimentary as a service to our International community. Details for connecting to the webinar will be sent shortly before the event.
