The 16th Annual Energy Litigation Conference was held on November 9 in Houston, Texas. During the conference luncheon, John P. Bowman, King & Spalding LLP, was presented with the Lifetime Achievement in Energy Litigation Award. This award is presented to an energy litigator each November based on achievements in his or her career. Mr. Bowman has an arbitration and litigation practice representing primarily international oil companies and service companies. During his acceptance speech, Mr. Bowman gave an overview of highlights of his career and the impressive litigators whose paths crossed with his along the journey.
