RACIAL PROFILING:

The Texas Racial Profiling Law has been modified and will  take effect January 1, 2010. 

 

As such, agencies are faced with questions regarding new data requirements, modifications of racial profiling policies, and analysis-related issues.  In order to address this, ILEA will offer a one day seminar instructed by Dr. Alex del Carmen, one of America’s leading expert on racial profiling issues and author of the book, “Racial Profiling in America”.

Dr. del Carmen will focus this seminar on the new requirements and offer assistance on the manner in which agencies should analyze and report data.
