A Program For The Defense
This program will deal with recent developments in Texas law
and scientific research. Presenters will discuss the impact of the
conditions and experiences in a client’s life that influence the
mind and behavior. These topics will provide defense counsel with
information relevant to the culpability and sentencing phases in
capital and non-capital cases.
