Overview

Presented by the Oilfield Services Practice Committee, a panel of consultants, outside counsel, and industry experts will provide an update and lead a round table discussion of Dodd-Frank Sections 1502 (conflict minerals), and 1504 (reporting payments to governments). The discussion will include the status of the pending litigation of the rules, upcoming reporting deadlines, and what companies in the oilfield services industry are doing to prepare.
