Overview

This program will help participants master one of the most important skills for capital lawyers – death penalty voir dire. Participants will work with the faculty to learn the Constitutional Method of capital voir dire and to practice these skills in break-out sessions.

This course is funded by a grant from the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.
