International Dispute Resolution Resources for Legal Educators
Welcome to the Legal Educators Resources Collection of the ITA Academic Council.
This site is designed to collect and share syllabi, teaching notes, exams, and other original teaching materials prepared by international arbitration and dispute resolution instructors from around the world. This site also features the ITA Legal Educators Listserv (ITA-LEL) for instructors, designed to encourage the exchange of information and opinions on different pedagogical approaches, innovative teaching techniques and other topics relevant to the instruction of international dispute resolution.
Teachers from many different schools around the world have generously contributed their own materials, including syllabi, teaching notes, reading lists, exercises, and exams, to share on this website. We invite you to submit your own materials, in English or other languages, as well as to review the materials that are already available. The materials and opinions expressed here are those of the individual contributors alone and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration or its Academic Council.
- If you would like to contribute syllabi or other teaching materials on international dispute resolution, please complete the online Author Publication Agreement and email it together with your submission(s) to the site administrator Krishonne Johnson.
- If you would like to subscribe to the listserv, click here.
- If you have any questions, suggestions or comments about this project, this website or about ITA in general, please contact ITA Director David Winn or site administrator Krishonne Johnson.
