Current Members: Renew your membership online.
ITA membership comes in various categories, some available only to individuals, some to firms and corporations, and others to academic, government, arbitral or other non-profit institutions. All members receive these benefits:
- One or more Advisory Board representatives
- FREE attendance for each Advisory Board representative at either the Annual Workshop in Dallas or the Americas Workshop
- FREE attendance for each Advisory Board representative and a guest at the reception and dinner during the Annual Workshop in Dallas
- FREE attendance for each Advisory Board representative at the invitation-only ITA Forum on the morning after the Annual Workshop in Dallas
- Member discount (≈20%) at other ITA programs
- 20% discount on books published by the Oxford University Press in collaboration with the ITA
- One FREE subscription to World Arbitration and Mediation Review, and a 10% discount on the regular price of any Juris arbitration, dispute resolution or international litigation publication on Juris’s website
- FREE subscription to the ITA’s newsletter, News and Notes
Corporation / Firm / Organization Membership Levels
Sustaining Membership - $6,000 Annual Dues
- Six Advisory Board representatives
- The right to designate an unlimited number of additional Advisory Board representatives for $500 each
- All employees entitled to member discount at ITA programs
- An additional (two in total) free subscription to WAMR
- An additional 10% (20% in total) discount at Juris
- Recognition as a Sustaining Member in publications
Supporting Membership - $3,000 Annual Dues
- Three Advisory Board representatives
- All employees entitled to member discount at ITA programs
- An additional 10% (20% in total) discount at Juris
- Recognition as a Supporting Member in publications
Sponsoring Membership - $1,250 Annual Dues
- One Advisory Board representative
- Choice of appearing in membership lists by firm name or individual name
- Recognition as a Sponsoring Member in publications
Academic / Government / Non-profit Membership - $395 Annual Dues
- Available to universities, government agencies, judicial and arbitral institutions, non-profit corporations and full time employees of such organizations
- One Advisory Board representative
- Recognition as an Academic/Government/Non-Profit Member in publications
Arbitral Institution Membership - By Invitation
- Available to select arbitral institutions with significant international case loads
- One Advisory Board representative
- An additional 5% (15% in total) discount at Juris]
- An opportunity to co-sponsor the Americas Workshop
- Recognition as an Arbitral Association Member in publications
Individual Membership Levels
Sponsoring Membership - $1,250 Annual Dues
- One Advisory Board representative
- Choice of appearing in membership lists by firm name or individual name
- Recognition as a Sponsoring Member in publications
Associate Membership - $725 Annual Dues
- Member is Advisory Board representative
- Appears in membership lists under member’s name
- Recognition as an Associate Member in publications
Academic / Government / Non-profit Membership - $395 Annual Dues
- Available to universities, government agencies, judicial and arbitral institutions, non-profit corporations and full time employees of such organizations
- One Advisory Board representative
- Recognition as an Academic/Government/Non-Profit Member in publications
Young Arbitrator Membership - $150 Annual Dues
(Individuals under 40)
- Membership in the Institute’s Young Arbitrators Initiative Committee and the right to attend all programs and other activities of the Young Arbitrators Initiative Committee at the member rate* (does not include membership on the Advisory Board); and
- Recognition as a Young Arbitrator Member in pertinent ITA and Center publications.
