Overview

The Institute for Transnational Arbitration (“ITA) is proud to co-sponsor a stand alone session on Courts and Arbitration. In this session, the President of the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre, The Right Honorable Lord Thomas, and a QICDRC judge, Sir William Blair, examine the arbitration process with a focus on the QICDRC’s oversight function under the opt-in jurisdiction of the Qatar Arbitration Law.”
