Registration Overview

This program is funded by a grant from the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. Registration is required and provides for lunch and the materials.  Materials will be provided electronically, and attendees will receive access details at the seminar.

Attendance is limited to prosecutors and their personnel.

If you qualify for the $25.00 registration rate but are unable pay, please Request a Waiver. Waivers are not available for any other rate amount.

Confirmations will be sent to all registrants. Free registrants must attend the program to receive materials at no additional cost. If due, payment must accompany registration. Texas Attorneys: An active Texas Bar number is required to qualify for the $25 Tuition rate.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellation must be received 5 business days prior to a program to receive a refund (Email: lgaspar@cailaw.org). After this date, no refunds, but substitution of attendees for this program will be permitted with prior approval. Registrants not entitled to a refund will receive the course materials.
