Overview

This program focuses on changes in the world of jury selection that affect Texas criminal defense lawyers. Join Robert Hirschhorn, Jennifer Lapinski and a stellar faculty of presenters who will discuss how to make jury selection as effective and efficient as possible. Presentations during this non-capital course will include case law updates, ethical issues, & jury selection from a former Prosecutor’s perspective.

This course is funded by a grant from the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.
