Alumni Association
Welcome to the Institute for Law Enforcement Administration Alumni Association (ILEAAA). The Alumni Association exists for the purpose of fostering a continuing connection among former students of Institute programs, and providing an avenue for law enforcement agencies to obtain scholarships to attend the School of Police Supervision or the School of Executive Leadership.
Joining the Alumni Association is easy. Alumni Members must have successfully completed the School of Police Supervision, the School of Executive Leadership, or one of the one-week or longer Institute programs. Dues are $25 per year, with the membership year beginning July 1. Applicants merely need to complete an application form and submit the form and payment to the ILEA.
The Alumni Association co-sponsors the Contemporary Issues and Ethics Conference with the Institute. It is during this Conference that the association holds its annual business meeting and election of officers for the next year. The Alumni Association awards scholarships to the School of Police Supervision and the School of Executive Leadership, upon application and approval by the association board.
The Alumni Association is supported by membership dues and the sale of Institute memorabilia items. The proceeds from dues and merchandise sales pay for the operating costs of the association and the scholarships.
