Civilian Leadership: Development for the Non-Sworn Public Employee

Aimed at current and future leaders, this seminar will provide key principles of leadership, communication and character development that will enhance the ability of all employees to motivate, teach and lead each other in a team-oriented manner to achieve maximum performance. Using a combination of dialogue, practical exercises, case study and research, participants will be exposed to a variety of adult learning models and will become stronger, more confident leaders.
