Overview

This program focuses on changes in the world of jury selection that affect Texas criminal defense lawyers. Jennifer Lapinski & Robert Hirschhorn of Cathy E. Bennett & Associates, Inc. return as course directors for this program, and the faculty will discuss how to make jury selection as effective and efficient as possible.  Presentations during this non-capital course will include case law updates, ethical issues, and jury selection from a Judge’s perspective.
