Thanks to a grant received from the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, we are able to offer this training via live webinar. You must be available on the program date to attend virtually. This program will focus attention on habeas issues, an area of criminal law practice that is not often well understood. This program will be useful for habeas practitioners and their staff, and for trial lawyers and their staff who want to steer clear of post-trial problems.
