Overview

Registration open! Details, including the agenda, presenters and approved CLE credit, will be posted here once confirmed.

Give yourself the gift of high-level training. One day, one method, one speaker. And with this one-day immersion into the most efficient and advanced method of preparing and trying cases, you will change your career.

Rarely can it be said that that someone “wrote the book” on a subject that has changed a profession. Larry Pozner has long been recognized as an authority on modern cross-examination. Pozner’s book Cross Examination: Science and Techniques (Lexis 3rd edition 2018, Pozner and Dodd) and his resulting seminar has revolutionized the legal profession’s view of the purposes and methods of modern cross.

By teaching the most efficient method to draft and deliver winning cross-examinations, building on principles of neuroscience and behavioral psychology, and following advanced techniques of cross, attendees of this program will learn step-by-step how to recognize, write, and deliver powerful cross-examinations.

This ever-evolving 1-day program has been America’s best-attended trial techniques program.

This program is presented thanks to grant funds received from the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals and additional voluntary contributions. Registrants have the option to make a voluntary contribution to CAIL with their registration to support this program and others like it.
