Overview
This new program will address the changing nature of trial practice due to the explosion of new sources of digital evidence and its impact on civil and criminal cases. Wearable technology and web-enabled devices from the Internet of Things have opened a new realm of information-gathering, and, therefore, new sources of evidence in all areas of trial practice.
