Overview

In May 2024, Colorado enacted a first-in-the-nation comprehensive consumer protection law regulating the development and use of artificial intelligence (“AI”) systems. Other states, such as California, are considering similar proposals, with some looking to Colorado’s law as a template. Meanwhile, Colorado state leaders have already indicated their intention to amend the law. This webinar will provide an overview of Colorado’s AI law as well as other significant state proposals and discuss the likely impact to businesses and the technology industry from such laws.

Webinar begins at 12:00 pm Central
