Overview

The primary purpose of the annual meeting of Research Fellows and CAIL Members will be to consider future projects for the Research Fellows. In the past, the Research Fellows have helped launch and support some of CAIL’s most important programs. The December 10 meeting will give us an opportunity to explore ideas that are now on the drawing board.

  • Should we develop an “Access to Justice” program?
  • How can we best take advantage of a new grant to promote public understanding about the rule of law?
  • What should be done to increase the involvement of young lawyers in CAIL’s work?
  • And how might the Research Fellows support efforts to develop programs on technology and the law? And what other questions should be considered?

The meeting will begin at noon and will conclude by 2:00 pm.
