Overview
Globalization has been a hot topic throughout the years, and every country in the world has been touched by this trend. Companies in every industry have been taking steps to expand internationally through trade and investment, including the United States, México, and Canada, in order to survive in the 21st century.
The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), signed in 1994, marked the beginning of an exponential increase of cross-border transactions of goods and services and of international capital flows between the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
Now, with the new free trade agreement, the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), effective as of July 2020, transactions between the United States, Mexico, and Canada will continue to grow.
This program will bring together experts from the United States, Mexico, and Canada virtually to discuss and analyze the USMCA eight months after it went into effect, with a particular focus on the Automotive and Energy Industry.
