Registration Overview

This program is funded by a grant from the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. Attendance is limited to Texas prosecuting attorneys and their personnel. Pre-registration is required to attend and provides for lunch and the materials. Materials will be provided electronically, and attendees will receive access details at the seminar (you will need a laptop, or another electronic device that is Wi-Fi enabled, and equipped with a PDF reader to access the materials during the seminar).

Due to COVID concerns, attendance at our in-person programs may be capped to allow for physical distancing. CAIL will require program participants to follow certain procedures that comply with the latest CDC guidance, as well as CAIL-mandated safety protocols in an effort to continue ensuring the safety of participants and staff, as it relates to COVID. Need funds to attend this program? Limited Travel Scholarships are available to reimburse travel expenses. Email CAIL Staff for an application (requests are reviewed first come, first served).

*Tuition will be used to cover future expenses for CAIL's Criminal Law grant programs or to provide for items that the grant cannot sufficiently cover. Voluntary payments will go directly to CAIL’s private fund account.

Cancellation Policy

Written Camcellation must be received five (5) business days prior to a program to receive a refund (E-mail: lgasper@cailaw.org). After this date, no refunds, but substitution of attendees for this program will be permitted with prior approval. Registrants not entitled to a refund will receive the course materials. Waiver recipients must attend the program to receive the materials.
