Overview

The Grand Rapids Police Department is proud to host the well-received and unique Police and Family Conference. This course is brought to the Grand Rapids area by the Institute for Law Enforcement Administration. ILEA is located in the Dallas, Texas metroplex and is one of the premier learning centers for law enforcement executives, managers and supervisors.

With the goal of strengthening all personal relationships in the law enforcement community, this gathering promises two days of enlightenment, education, and the opportunity for personal and professional growth. This conference is not intended to turn bad relationships into good ones. Instead, it is designed to provide insights, experiences and strategies that will assist law enforcement practitioners and their significant others — whether dating, married or partnered — in making good relationships even stronger. Conference participants will experience a couples-building event. Bring your athletic wear and join the fun!
