"Awesome class given by knowledgeable and experienced, professional instructors - excellent!"

"One of the best courses I have been to. A difficult subject because at times the answers are not so black and white, but we have been given the tools to present the material so it will be received well and there will be some credibility behind the presentation."

"Very good workbook .. great resource material. MORE THAN ENOUGH for either 8 hour or 16 hour training block."
