Register to attend the Annual Lone Star Training Conference hosted at our facility in Plano, Texas from Sunday, March 30 to Monday, March 31. β The course aims to educate the Operation Lone Star defense program participants on the latest advancements within OLS and the legal domain of crimmigration. Its goal is to elevate their understanding of litigation strategies, emphasizing writs and motions practices applicable to both misdemeanor and felony cases. The course seeks to heighten awareness regarding client-centered approaches tailored specifically to the distinctive needs of OLS clients.
This course was funded by a grant from the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.
Who Should Attend?
With the exception of invited faculty, attendance is limited to criminal defense attorneys and their support staff who are currently active members of the LSDO OLS defense program (on the panel or working at LSDO, TRGPD, or NDS). Individuals associated with law enforcement or prosecutor offices are not permitted to attend. No other registrations will be allowed.

MCLE Credit
This course is pending approval for 8 hours of CLE accreditation.
In addition to Texas, after the program (if requested) CAIL will directly apply for course accreditation in the following states, as long as course materials and evaluations are not required: California, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. Attorneys may be eligible to receive CLE credit through attorney self-submission in other states, as long as course materials and evaluations are not required to be submitted.

Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation must be received 5 business days prior to a program to receive a refund (Email: lgaspar@cailaw.org). After this date, no refunds, but substitution of attendees for this program will be permitted with prior approval. Registrants not entitled to a refund will receive the course materials. Note: Free registrants must attend the program to receive materials at no cost.
