Join us for a conversation with practitioners from Africa, Central America and Mexico in which we will identify the developments in each region, the practical challenges and how arbitration may be a useful tool to enhance commercial opportunities within the regions.

#YoungITATalks is a series of local events presented around the world, featuring talks, workshops or interviews that cover a wide range of subjects relating to arbitration. The #YoungITATalks series is designed for education, conversation and sharing knowledge and experiences among young practitioners.

(i) Regulation (legal framework in each region);
(ii) Development of practice in the regions (specialty of practitioners, academic offers, establishment and activities of arbitration institutions);
(iii) The influence of the judiciary in the arbitration practice; and
(iv) Areas of opportunity: which aspects of regulation and practice may be improved.
