ITA membership comes in various categories, some available only to individuals, some to firms and corporations, and others to academic, government, arbitral or other non-profit institutions. Except for the free Young ITA Membership and Correspondent Membership levels, all members receive one or more Advisory Board representatives.

ITA Advisory Board Member Benefits:

  • Recognition as an Advisory Board member
  • Complimentary attendance at the Annual Workshop and ITA Forum
  • The opportunity to participate in the committees, leadership, and other activities of the Advisory Board
  • Significant discounts on all ITA programs that are not already complimentary to members
  • Complimentary member webinars and online forums

Corporation / Firm / Organization Membership Levels

Sustaining Membership - $6,000 Annual Dues

  • Eight Advisory Board representatives (two under 40) with listed member benefits
  • The right to designate additional Advisory Board representatives for the discounted price of $500 each ($300 for individuals under 40 years of age)
  • All employees entitled to member discount at ITA programs
  • Recognition as a Sustaining Member on ITA’s website

Supporting Membership - $3,000 Annual Dues

  • Four Advisory Board representatives (one under 40) with listed member benefits
  • The right to designate additional Advisory Board members under 40 years of age for the discounted price of $300 each
  • All employees entitled to member discount at ITA programs
  • Recognition as a Supporting Member on ITA’s website

Sponsoring Membership - $1,250 Annual Dues

  • One Advisory Board representative with listed member benefits
  • Choice of appearing in membership lists by firm name or individual name
  • Recognition as a Sponsoring Member on ITA’s website

Academic / Government / Non-profit Membership - $395 Annual Dues

  • Available to full-time employees or students of universities, government agencies, judicial and arbitral institutions, and non-profit corporations
  • Member is Advisory Board representative with listed member benefits
  • Recognition as an Academic / Government / Non-Profit Member on ITA’s website

Arbitral Institution Membership - By Invitation Only

  • Available to select arbitral institutions with significant international case loads
  • One Advisory Board representative with listed member benefits
  • Recognition as an Arbitral Institution Member on ITA’s website

Individual Membership Levels

Sponsoring Membership - $1,250 Annual Dues

  • One Advisory Board representative with listed member benefits
  • Choice of appearing in membership lists by firm name or individual name
  • Recognition as a Sponsoring Member on ITA’s website

Associate Membership - $725 Annual Dues

  • Member is Advisory Board representative with listed member benefits
  • Appears in membership lists under member’s name
  • Recognition as an Associate Member on ITA’s website

Academic / Government / Non-profit Membership - $395 Annual Dues

  • Available to full-time employees or students of universities, government agencies, judicial and arbitral institutions, and non-profit corporations
  • Member is Advisory Board representative with listed member benefits
  • Recognition as an Academic / Government / Non-Profit Member on ITA’s website

Correspondent Membership - $200* Annual Dues
(*$100 for residents of the UN list of least developed countries)

  • Membership in ITA as a Correspondent Member (does not include membership on the Advisory Board)
  • Member discount on ITA programs
  • Complimentary attendance at the ITA Forum (does not include Annual Workshop)
  • Opportunity to join and participate in the activities of ITA practice committees, if otherwise eligible for the committee. ITA practice committees include the Americas Initiative, In-House Counsel Committee (limited to in-house lawyers), and Young ITA (for those under 40 years of age). Officer positions require Advisory Board membership.
  • Complimentary member webinars and online forums
  • Recognition as a Correspondent Member on ITA’s website

Young ITA Membership - $0 Annual Dues
(Individuals under 40)

  • Membership in ITA as a Young ITA Member (does not include membership on the Advisory Board)
  • Complimentary attendance at Young ITA programs, webinars, and meetings that are offered at no charge to ITA members
  • Opportunity to serve on the Young ITA committee (officer positions require Advisory Board membership)
  • Member discount on ITA programs
  • Opportunity to participate in Young ITA online forums
