#YoungITATalks South America

Overview

El objetivo de este taller, organizado en conjunto por Young ITA South America y el Latin America Interest Group – ASIL y con la colaboración de ECUVYAP, LVYAP, la Red Juvenil de Arbitraje de Bogotá y la Red Juvenil de Arbitraje de Medellín, es dar herramientas a jóvenes estudiantes o profesionales de la región que les permitan mejorar sus habilidades en abogacía oral, particularmente en materia de interrogatorio y contrainterrogatorio de un testigo de hechos en una audiencia de pruebas. El taller estará dividido en dos secciones, una teórica y otra práctica. En la sección teórica los panelistas explicarán a los participantes las principales características y objetivos de un interrogatorio y de un contrainterrogatorio, así como las recomendaciones y consideraciones que, en su experiencia, son fundamentales. En la segunda sección los participantes se dividirán en grupos para hacer un ejercicio práctico en donde interrogarán o contrainterrogarán a un testigo ante un árbitro.

#YoungITATalks es una serie de eventos virtuales presentados en todo el mundo, con charlas, talleres o entrevistas que cubren una amplia gama de temas relacionados con el arbitraje. La serie #YoungITATalks está diseñada para la formación, la discusión y el intercambio de conocimientos y experiencias entre los jóvenes profesionales.
