Overview

Join us for the inaugural ITA Global Forum of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA) on September 6, 2023. The program will begin at 8:00am Texas / 9:00am New York / 2:00pm London /
3:00 pm Lagos / 5:00pm Dubai / 7:30pm Mumbai / 10:00pm Hong Kong. This event is online only and is exclusively for Correspondent Members and Members of the Advisory Board of ITA.

Interested ITA Correspondent and Advisory Board Members are invited to register their interest in joining the discussion in this virtual gathering modelled on the ITA’s Annual Forum in Texas, USA. A final list of regional delegates will be drawn from different geographic regions, with each delegate submitting for discussion one current procedural issue and one current substantive law or policy issue of key interest in the field of international arbitration in advance. These issues will be debated on the (virtual) ‘floor’ of the Global Forum, with each delegate introducing his or her issue as prompted and moderated by the Global Forum Moderators for each Session.

This ITA Global Forum is being held under the Chatham House Rule.

The purpose of this program is to allow the world to engage with each other and interface directly with our esteemed moderators and other senior members of the ITA community.

Note to Applicants:

This event is by invitation only for current Correspondent and Advisory Board Members, and attendance is capped at 50 delegates. We encourage you to fill out your application here, as soon as possible.

If you are not already a member of ITA, we encourage you to join now.
